Dealing with Severe Health Anxiety

Mine is taking over my life . Doctor google is the worst and my mom passing a few months ago has made my fear of leaving my small daughter worst. I think I have pulmonary fibrosis and I have been to doctors and pulmonologist and said I don’t. Then I went threw a year of paying doctors online to read my ct results insanity

Yes 99% of my anxiety is related to health. The worst part is that I'm sure the anxiety around it is damaging my health .
