Any suggestion for joint pain, especially while managing it and work?

The only thing I can do for my pain is chamomile supplements and hot rice pack. I had to invent a microwave safe velcro hot pack so I can take the supplements while the hot pack is in the microwave for 2-5 minutes depending on size. Then velcro it on and go back to work. It works best if placed both on and "above" the pain on a nerve map. For my jaw the back or the neck and the temple. For my wrist and elbow putting it on the shoulder. For my knee it's the back of the thigh. For my hip it's the lower back. For my ankle it wraps around above my shoe. Chamomile is a mild muscle relaxer so it doesn't sound like it makes sense for joint pain but as the muscle around the joints relax the heat is what fixes the pain in the joint. If hot showers or bath help with you pain this might also. I also have a fingerless glove rice pack for my fingers. Especially while crocheting or typing. It holds hot rice to the back or my hand.

@Pain_Warrior89 yes. Sometimes it helps slightly but it also tends to trigger headaches for some reason.
