I've been on the verge of tears for several nights. I don't know if it's the side effects of my medication or just anxiety. But I'm getting tired of feeling this way. I just keep crying for no reason and I have no idea why. I'm contacting my psychiatrist soon but I'm just so worried about what he will say or what's going to happen. I just want to get better man.

I'm here for you. Sometimes that's all someone needs. Just to know someone else is there. I've actually been dealing with something similar and I'm very fortunate that I have people to talk to. Your psychiatrist will probably adjust your meds and you have nothing to worry about. More than likely, they did this with me, they'll change, up or adjust the meds you're on and you'll be okay. He's there to help you but you have to let him. I know it's scary, I'm always scared at the idea of going to a doctor's appointment too but he can't help if you don't let him.
