I’ve been feeling so down for no reason, im crying over little things, i dont wanna take a shower, i just wanna sleep n smoke, ive lost interest in all the things i like to do

@Rose102 yes i actually have recently gotten a up on my dosage but im thinking i might need to switch meds 🙌 thank you

I’m really sorry you’ve been feeling like this. Do you have the option of talking to your doctor about increasing your medication dosage or switching meds? I do well on a medication for about 1-2 years before needing to change it up. I always feel better after.
