Remembering Mania: Do You Black Out?

I’ve definitely had spotty memory — both during a hypomanic episode, and a little bit after, too. I can remember some things, but definitely not everything. (And some of the stuff ends up being **wild**.)

since I have DID as well its hard for me to really seperate the two, but I used to dissociate when I became manic from my understanding. now i can remember my manic phase, but it feels very distant from myself and it makes it very hard to understand my actions or feelings during that period... so.. both???
