Start this new job as a cashier and had to leave at my lunch break, I was in so much pain, my legs hurts, my lower back hurts, I couldn’t feel my feet, my legs were shaking, my knees were swollen and now I have no idea what I’m gonna do… I just need support, I feel lost

I hear you - sometimes though due to Chronic conditions they can provide you work place accommodations so that u can better function on the job speak the your job and dr to see if there is anything they can help u with - more breaks - a chair for when there is no customers - a switch to a diff department in the store as you didn’t know it was going to cause you to flare so much I know how incredibly difficult it can be to ask for help not sure if you feel the same - but hope you can find a solution to this issue. Hope you feel better very soon!
Today was my first day and I left! There’s no way I can sit in that job
Maybe try soaking in the tub with some Epsom salts? When I was a cashier that really helped me. I'm sorry your in so much pain. Maybe getting a doctors note so you can sit would be beneficial to you.
