When I was working my health insurance paid for a special chair for me. Other than that just make sure you make your bosses aware of your condition & any accessibility needs you have

If it is accessible to you, good shoe inserts can help a bit! Personally, using a posture corrector or back brace makes me more cognizant of how I'm moving. And additionally, lidocaine rollers/patches, a TENS unit, and a stretching routine can help a bit with recovery. I hope that you are able to find something that lessens that pain for you!

A really good chair and low impact walking.
