Preparing for Cervical Fusion Surgery

I have gone through this surgery twice. The first time, I was a collegiate swimmer/backstroker and hit the wall. Fractured my neck my from c6 to c7 but it did not break until 10 years after while I was sleeping. Rolled over and it broke and my entire right side was paralyzed. Had the surgery and it worked. The pain was nothing compared to the pain I had when it happened. If you have any questions, please ask. Second broken neck was 3 years ago when I was hit by a truck in a golf course parking lot. The c6/c7 was completely fused from prior surgery but they had to fuse c3-c7. I have never been the same since that surgery.
