Cymbalta has helped me with both depression and pain, although it’s not the only antidepressant or pain medication I take.

I did not see any relief at all for sleep or pain I asked myvdoc for gabepentin as well but she wanted to use others first. Shes not comfortable using deppressanta tho Trazedone has been my no.1 for sleep. Start at 100 mg. And go up if you see it helps.

I’m on Cymbalta 60mg and feel like it helps with both depression and pain, but after a recent major surgery my oncologist added gabapentin for nerve pain. The gabapentin works great for pain and seems to have improved my mood as well.

Personally I didn’t notice a difference in pain scale when I was put on duloxetine. I only noticed a difference when put on meloxicam (anti-inflammatory)

I like being on cymbalta, I’ve personally had a good experience. I’m on 90mg
