Sharp Burning Pains in Chest and Abdomen

I used to get burning chest pain all the time. I was always worried I had a heart issue since I'm also a hypochondriac, but I'm sure it's just nerves. Sharp pains in the abdomen happen to me too, and I'm sure a lot of other people experience them. With the pain attacks during panic attacks, the only thing I can say is that when I'm anxious or continuously worried about something my symptoms flair up. It can be quite bad sometimes and not that bad other times, the best thing you can do is try to calm yourself down as quickly as possible I reckon. I hope you start feeling better ❤️
