Anybody have the problem of having to eat in short periods of time or feeling like your doomed ? Like I literally have to have a small snack or some type of meal or it feels like I’ll faint ..I’ve have had my blood tested multiple times and rules out any diabetes or blood glucose problems so I just need to know is it anxiety

      I get this too! It really can be because of anxiety! Anxiety happens when your body senses something isn’t right. It’s good to make sure you’re eating around the same times every day and making absolutely sure you’re getting enough fiber and protein, basically foods that burn off slowly in your metabolism. The sense of doom is probably because your blood sugar is crashing. Keep protein bars or trail mix/nuts on hand in case you start feeling that way when you’re out or at work or something!

          @AnxiousAl www.goldenmonk.com just start small. Like one gram at first. Wait 15-20 minutes if you don’t feel anything take another gram until you get the desired effect. Try white Bali Kratom in the morning so it doesn’t keep you up. I can take it just before bed no problem but a lot of people are different.       I have a similar issue. I also get bloated if I don't eat within a certain window of feeling hungry. It doesn't make sense.

      Well, i took Kratom until they went away and made some big life changes. Better diet and quit drinking
