An herbal medication called kratom has been really helpful for me. I do want to do a disclaimer though, while I haven’t experienced anything beyond nausea and drowsiness with high doses, it can be addictive and it can have effects on people with heart conditions, so please talk to a doctor and take it slow if anyone tries it, it depends on the person.

I'm in the same boat. I have GAD and panic attacks. I have tried almost every SSRI and SNRI plus a few others. I'm at the end of my rope with this and at a loss on what to do.
As silly as it sounds, other than medications which I’m on mirtazapine and lexapro, yoga has really helped me in the past. Or just being out in nature weather that running, walking, sitting and reading a book or just admire your surrounds.
Have you tried more natural things like a change in diet or more exercise? (Just a couple things I know/have heard can help)
