For those of you that struggle with a health theme, what has helped you? Ever since I was a child, I would convince myself I had diseases or cancer. I google the symptoms, look at pictures, just completely obsess over it. I will spend 8 hours a day doing nothing but worrying about my health. Nothing will convince me I’m healthy, even DOCTORS telling me I am. It is crippling, and I can’t continue to live this way. Wondering if anyone could relate / give advice / talk about it.

Yes I relate I’m quite opposite tho because I have a habit of praying none stop I feel dirty if I don’t pray I feel like a sinner I have to pray every second when I’m into something I have to pray and I have to talk to god about everything I want and everything that has happened in my day I wish u could stop praying so much and be normal I hate it I been doing this every since I was young feels like if I don’t pray I die usually when I pray it takes up half of my day I have to put praying first before every one
