I rarely ever stim with my hands but for the first time I started doing it uncontrollably while working out. Does it have a specific meaning to do this? Is it just for getting rid of energy while working out or is it something else? I'm just a bit surprised because this has never happened before while I workout.

It could be just a way to get the energy out. With the overstimulation of exercising plus the sensations of exercising (the inside chemical stuff.) So much all at once. I wouldn't fret
