I’ve been having right shoulder pain for a week now. Idk if it’s the way I’m sleeping or what but if I move it a certain way it hurts really bad and I can’t lift my arm sometimes. I’ve had this pain before but haven’t for awhile. I don’t remember what made it go away😩. It’s so frustrating. Gonna schedule a chiropractor appointment to see if that helps soon.

Shoulder pain is miserable. I’ve had shoulder surgery on both shoulders so I get it. Have you had it checked to make sure you don’t have a torn rotator cuff? You can also get bone spurs and bursitis in there. May be worth seeing your Dr for. They can try sending you to physical therapy to help or a steroid shot. Hope you find relief soon
