Buspar to me was like somebody invented a pill that recreates every bad side effect of every pill that was invented prior to Buspar, but nothing else, just the bad stuff.

You can do this, Buspar isn't too bad for GAD

So sorry to hear you are going through this. But I have tried more natural things like blueberries, kiwi, CBD and other natural coping mechanisms to handle my anxiety. It's helped me so much more than man made pills
