hello new to this having some slight anxiety not bad I drink alot of Cozy Chamollie hot teas during the evening, and some other teas. I also have been on much different meds, it took me awhile to find the right one for me, I took a Gene testing test it is a test that what meds my body is compatible with. I am so happy I did this test, and a great therapist and support system..don't give up on meds, I use to read all the side effects on my meds gave me more anxiety and I was scared to take them. My blood pressure would go up and had alot of tension and stiffness in my neck..my local hospital knew me very well 3x times a month 2 years ago for anxiety..I am so blessed that I control my anxiety that it does not control me no more..I still have good and bad days but I am in control..thank u for listening ..have a blessed evening...

I'm so glad meds are helping you. I tried lexapro and was horrible. I definitely want to take the gene site test.

@Tree20 I was online one day and found a ad for Gene testing ..was curious about it asked my psychiatrist if we could do it to get me on some right meds..I went in there office did a mouth swab and got my results within a week or so..found out what meds was right for me and found out Prozac I was not suppose to take it was in the Red area for me...they explain the test results to me...I am so happy I did it I personally think it saved me..read on it get some knowledge of it and ask ( I no some doctors an psychiatrist will not do them I was told) good luck on your journey.....

I'm the same always looking up meds too. Then I don't want to take them. I'm A-typical so I experienced stuff that the average person doesn't. Where can you get this test done? I'd like to do that so I know what meds I can take!

I drink a lot of tea as well. I like yogi tea with ashwanghanda in it or the sleepy time tea also helps me relax. Seems to help keep me level. Still working on adjusting to my Lexapro. I'm suppose to be adding 1mh abilify to it at night but I always Google the side effects and makes me not want to try it.vim still debating it. Lol.
