It sounds silly and small thing to be proud of, but I’m proud of myself for doing theater. I love performing and I always have but I also have horrible anxiety. The setting of theater is extremely overwhelming due to nearly everyone being high energy extroverts. I feel very out of place, but it brings me so much joy and a sense of fulfillment.

I’m proud of myself for completing my assignments and still getting good grades with severe anxiety and depression. I’m also proud of who I am and my ability to even get out of bed when it takes all my energy

@froggy.go.brr I understand what it’s like to be there, but I promise there is something to be proud of (even if you don’t see it now). Just living life while struggling is something to be very proud of!!

@grxcie_ so so proud!
I don't know about my whole life what makes me most proud, but as for right now i'm proud of myself for opening up about a disorder i've been hiding for so long. It feels good to finally be honest
I’m proud that I graduated nursing school! I went through hell and back during those few years. I failed a class my very last semester because my depression and anxiety felt like they had taken steroids, so I had to retake it. I almost failed it a second time because of my depression and anxiety, but I somehow managed to pass. If I failed it a second time, I would’ve had to redo the entire nursing program at a different school which would be impossible to get into since I already failed out of a nursing program, so it was a huge deal for me that I passed! 🙌
@FutureNurse so proud!
