      Going with my gut, when looking for an ADHD diagnosis. I had a Psychiatrist who didn't believe adults (especially adult women) could have it, so I went over his head and sought a (successful) diagnosis, elsewhere. My gut was screaming I was on the right track, and I was. 🙂

      Moving interstate, getting a restraining order and getting a house to escape abusive family. I moved 2.5 years ago, got the restraining order 18 months ago and got my house a year ago

      At one time I was at my heaviest at 220 now at 210 even went to 196 😭 sad because I'm getting old & plus I can't sleep throughout the night & don't have energy for working out, maybe it was the CBS that was helping plus then I was a vegetarian
