I had the same thing happen when I turned 32 a couple years ago. I found it helpful to make a list of worst symptoms to least and start making your way through, one at a time. And I’m still trying to figure out how to accept that my daily life and future is not what I planned for or thought it would be, that’s the most difficult part I think. Also let people help you, but you have to give them specific things to do, otherwise they will help in ways that are not helpful.
