Dealing with a Recent Depression Diagnosis

I understand you feel a lot of mixed emotions. On the one hand, now that you know you have depression, there’s a label & you can start your journey to feeling better, one day at a time. On the other hand, it’s overwhelming to have this new label/diagnosis. I’m here if you want to talk.
