Looking for Advice on Controlling Psoriasis Symptoms

I'm currently on my 4 week injection of Tremfya, so fat so good. My next one will be 8 wks later. I also suffer from adhesive reactions, I also use aquaphor on the cracks, my dermatologist says to put a thick barrier ointment on top of my Wynzora and then cotton gloves.

I also have plaques and inverse psoriasis around my genitals. It’s definitely the spot that is the most frustrating. I was on otezla for awhile and it helped all locations but down there. Trying tremfya now and hoping it can help. I use aquaphor or vasaline on the parts that tend to “crack” open down there. I use the same clobetasol cream as the above commenter - and it does help.

Hi Noemi! I was diagnosed with psoriasis as a child (about 25 years ago). I’ve only just started getting patches in my sensitive lady regions but I can sympathize with you on how uncomfortable it is. I’m currently taking Cosentyx. Topically, the clobeTasol and clotrimazole ointments have been the most helpful overall. I have been a long-time proponent of Eurcerin lotion. For REALLY dry patches or areas that are chronically dry I use Aquaphor. Tar and salicylic acid shampoos help when my scalp flares up (T-gel or T-sal) and you can get these from any drugstore. Currently I am on Taltz and Methotrexate. I also have Clobetasol Ointment and Clotrimazole Cream that I mix together and apply topically for breakthrough flare ups. What are your treatments? Please include any moisturizers that you use. I need a good moisturizer.
