Tried Taltz injectible biologic, helped some Dr. changed me to Tremfya last November 2021 and it cleared up the Red Scaly spots on my arms, legs, trunk. But, I have chronic " Palmoplantar Psoriasis" on the Palms, soles of my feet and really bad around both heels. Sometimes, cannot walk, or put shoes on. The Palms are a continualess with thick, white Callous like material all over. These crack open and bleed often. Nothing is working. Tried Clobetasol sterion salve, Hydrocortisone, Triamcinolone Acetonide Creme ( mild steroid), Zinc, Bacitracin, Medi-Honey, Urea, etc
