does anyone have tips on how to not become obsessed with calorie counting? I'm trying to get healthier and apart of that is counting calories but I don't want to fall back into my eating disorders habits

Don't weight food just estimate. A tbsp is about 15g and a tsp is 5g, a ladel is about one Oz

@nochlessmonster I enter them into an app that tells me. I do usually estimate with how much I ate, it's just I get obsessed with not going over it at all
