Trying to cope with autistic burnout from masking and constant life stress, any recommendations for coping strategies? Mostly experiencing anxiety, anger outbursts, sensory overload, and very frequent meltdowns. (For context I just started a new full time job this month and I’m trying to buy my first house with my husband, we’re gay and trans and living in rural maine which is an added layer of anxiety and fear, and I’m driving 4 hours a day to and from work until we move)
