@NekoTeto123 yeah I get that it’s like the feeling of never feeling “clean” I have always attributed it to personality or OCD trait as of the “fear of contamination” but it’s more than that it’s literal discomfort bodily too.

I almost always have a fan running in my room even when it's cold. I've wanted a mini fan to carry around with me for a while. But I'd say the best and easiest is maybe place cold (ice, wet paper towel, etc) on your wrists and/or back of the neck. Hope this helps :]
@purplecow thank you!
I think its the ASD. I've been diagnosed with ASD and OCD but questioning my OCD diagnosis, and I hate being sweaty/overheated. It doesn't help that I sweat excessively for no reason, like right now!! My hands are covered in sweat and I have to keep wiping them off to type thos lol. But yeah, it's probably the 'tism
How do y’all combat this?
