I have mini-seizures where I don’t loose consciousness but I do stare off and loose feeling in my limbs. I work with computers a lot and don’t realize it happens sometimes it just happens. My family might think I’m watching tv but I can’t move. I call it being confused where I just need a min. Any advice for when this happens at work

You might be having absent seizures. I used to have them. It’s where it look like you space out for a few seconds and feels like it too but it’s actually a type of seizure. I hope this helps

Honestly try to think of like chilling on a beach or something the more you fight to move it overwhelms a stressed nervous system which result it more severe and prolonged episodes of immobility

I loose feeling in my hands and legs. I also don't usually pass out, but sometimes I do. I don't do much of the involuntary movements associated with major seizures though.

They're probably focal unaware seizures, and I can't really give any advice. It happens to me sometimes. I just had to inform the people around me (coworkers, friends, family) that they happen, I'm not ignoring them, and I'll "pop out" of that state whenever.
