For me, stuff like this is usually a sign that I’m getting overstimulated and the dissociation is a how my brain keeps me from having to feel it, I noticed you’re also autistic so that might be what’s happening
@Tw33t_Tw33t___Tw33t When it first started it I really snuck up in me and I didn’t notice anything was happening until it got to the point you described
@Tw33t_Tw33t___Tw33t honestly im pretty sure its not anything to do with overstimulation. when i was writing this i was sorta slipping in and out of whatever this is and im not overstimulated. i mean i could be and i'd never know, but like- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I get that way sometimes because if my meds. I also get that way sometimes with a seizure... especially right after one. The best advice I can give is to get it checked out. Be as specific as you can, and try to get a real knowledge of what exactly it is.

One possibility is that you might be experiencing focal unaware seizures. These seizures can cause a blank stare, loss of awareness, and sometimes involuntary movements. It's important to consult with a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate advice.
