Does anyone else with NF1 suffer from severe and frequent migraines? What do you do to help with them or make them less frequent? I’m tired of having to call out of work from my head hurting so bad that my eyes blur
I have severe migraines with NF also, I take some medication like ibuprofen but it doesn't help much just enough. Try and get enough sleep and if you do get a migraine sleep and a dark room always have helped me.
