Hello! I have ehlers danlos syndrome which is a genetic disorder I was born with. Recently I have developed some troubling symptoms that seem to align with lymphoma. I saw a doctor at a clinic and she dismissed my symptoms since my blood work was not alarming. the only thing it showed was anemia and slightly high calcium. I have suddenly developed profuse night sweats, bruising, fatigue, and swollen lymph nodes under my jaw. it's been this way for a month now and I'm not sure whether it's worth pursuing another doctor or if this is just my chronic illness. I also had 3 spells of strong pain in my lymph nodes. This did occur after drinking but it's not every time I drink. Just looking for advice! To see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I’m having the exact same thing happen to me! I went to urgent care yesterday and they tested for everything again (all normal except high calcium and high chloride). I’m having night sweats, ear/throat/neck aching (worse with alcohol), horrible fatigue, swollen lymph nodes under jaw, stomach and chest pain, easy bruising and constant cough with shortness of breathe. They didn’t do a chest X-ray (not sure why) but now I’m wondering if I should go see another doc to get a chest X-ray. I had really bad mono 5 years ago and I know it’s been known to cause lymphoma. Should I be concerned or just wait it out? Stressing a little
@CGC Ps I also have Ehlers Danlos!!!

I think you should definitely go see a doctor. When I got diagnosed it was just because I was coughing and my X-ray showed abnormalities. I then got a ct, then proceeded to see a pediatric oncologist. One thing that stuck out about your post was the swollen lymph nodes under your jaw, night sweats, and easily bruising. I exhibited none of those symptoms but that’s what my doctor asked about. Even though I didn’t have any symptoms I had stage 3a Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

I was also diagnosed with pleurisy twice within 5 months. They had no explanation as to how I got it and just diagnosed based on symptoms. First by a hospital in italy and second by the clinic doctor I saw 3 weeks ago
