Living with Treatment Resistant Depression

I'm not sure if you can but working out is a big boost to my self esteem and attitude. It is sometimes the only thing that helps me. When I don't workout I can feel myself getting more depressed. You can say it is my medication.

I've never heard of treatment resistant depression. Sounds scary. As far as the disability goes... 2 of my sisters have been begging me to try to get it. It would help out so much. I don't work because of my anxiety and depression and stomach problems. I don't feel mentally stable enough to work. I hate all this. Good luck.

Im on disability myself since 2014. I give thanks everytime because I can't work due to my medical conditions and mental health.

Because if so than you should get a Drs note stating that and it will definitely help you get disability.

Hi if your experiencing treatment resistance depression does that mean that no meds have worked for you?
