I don't know your situation, but have you checked you overall health in other areas? My feinting symptoms, while medically confirmed to be caused by my Vegas nerve, did not truly start improving until I reached general mental stability, and physical wellness. I notice a dramatic increase in feinting symptoms after 2 weeks without a cardio workout, which is accompanied with mental struggle.

I'm currently in the same boat. I have added beet root powder to my drinks every day, take the same meds, have compression socks that I wear throughout the day and have increased my salt intake as well as my electrolyte intake. Still can't go back to work. I am still fainting on a regular basis.

Maybe suggest Midodrine. It's 3 times a day usually but has helped me a lot!
Have you tried compression stockings? Waist high are best
