I’m having a bad pain day and am not sure what to do. I can’t take ibuprofen or Tylenol because I’ve been taking too much and need to stop. I have medical cannabis but I need to drive in a couple hours so I can’t do that for a while. I’ve tried heat and gentle movements but am out of ideas. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
