If you can try Vaseline it’s great for ALOT of different things and it’s cheap n u can find it nearly everywhere

I have temperature sensitivity and I take really hot showers and I get similar rashes. I use vanicream and it works wonders. It is expensive but the container I’ve had for several months now and I use it almost daily

Could be. Heat dries out your skin and then skin becomes more sensitive and then reacts. Try Vanicream lotion. It's the bomb. Or Dionis Goat's Milk lotion. Both are a bit pricey but totally worth it
