I use Dr. Bronner’s soap in the shower. It’s fragrance-free, as fragrance was a big trigger for my eczema before I actually became allergic to it. I love using Eucerin lotions, mainly their original healing cream.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. My doctor gave me a cream. It burns 🥵. She didn’t listen to me when I said creams have not been working. Everything burns because my skin is cracked in places.

I use natural, handmade soap for hand washing and bathing. I wear gloves when washing my hair or doing any cleaning. The lotion that I use is Aveeno eczema therapy itch relief balm. The key is finding the ingredients that trigger your break outs and avoiding direct contact with those.
