I’m a college student, and i struggle so hard with my diet. I can hardly eat at the dining hall but healthy food is so expensive. At my last appointment I was told I’m malnourished but I’m still overweight. Any tips on good, balanced meals on a budget?

      I find vitamins and protein shakes help a lot. Take a multivitamin + extras for the things you’re specifically low in daily and have a protein shake 3-4 times a week. Aim to eat the right combination of food so that you don’t feel lethargic and then at minimum you’ll usually hit not malnutrition. Good luck!
