Personally I find talking and processing through it with someone else helpful. Figuring out how my behaviors today are shaped by things and why helps me deal. Besides that just trying to remember it wasn't my fault and I didn't deserve it. Limiting my time with my family (I moved to a different state at 18 to get out of that situation). Making chosen family and healthier bonds.
