hi guys I've been almost seizure free for 1 year for my epilepsy but I'm always scared I'm going to have a seizure and it will be heart breaking if I do and with my cyclic vommiting syndrome I'm on medication for it but always worried incase I have an episode due to the fact I can't afford it to happen with my job, my anxiety is also through the roof and have insomnia barely sleep at all just having a hell of a time
