Hey everyone, I'm having issues with panic attacks in the morning. I haven't had panic attacks in the morning for many years, but I've just been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and the synthroid is making me more anxious that I'm used to. I've already cut my dose down by half, but I am still experiencing anxiety and panic throughout my days. I've had to go back onto anxiety medication and it's making me feel like I'm failing at coping or improving and making the anxiety and depression worse. Is anyone else going through the same thing and what have you done to break the panic cycle?
