Yes! I dealt with this a lot. I feel it was a bit due to under medicated thyroxine (doctor confirmed after these panic attack episodes that my dose was about half of what it should've been). Plus a stressful job. I thought I was dying, it was crazy! I did try some natural remedies that helped calm- Body scanning Meditation Bushwalks Journalling what my ideal future looks like Following therapists online. But ultimately the only way I really got over the panic attacks was commitment to ongoing therapy (my doc and I did Schema Therapy)(happy to say he 'broke up' with me during covid because he felt I was all good!). And I started taking Sertraline which I think helped x 1000. All the best!

Yes I have, it depends on when my cycle hits and what is happening in my world at the time. I have a pretty big goiter and I can feel when the hashimotos is screwing with me.

@Amanda1993 man! I can't drink coffee or alcohol and they want to put me on Lexapro. Been to emergency 6 times thinking was heart attack. I'm currently here now šŸ˜”

@Alberto1985 oh hunny I'm so sorry your dealing with that, I was on Lexapro for awhile and it did help with my depression and anxiety (undiagnosed at the time). I stopped taking them as they almost made me feel zombie like but I didn't experience the issues anymore. My situation had also changed and I thought I was better. Now they won't put me back on it.
