I just messaged one of these, but I feel like a bad person for being like the way I am right now. I just got a new therapist and no matter what breathing exercises or meditations or anything she reccomends it doesnt seem to help. I feel so many emotions and I feel like its hard to talk to her because not even I know what kind of response I want back. Im not sure what to do or think, I know I need therapy but nothing helps.

are you able to try multiple therapists? i myself am seeking to go and i was told it takes multiple therapists to find one that works, it all takes time <3, even tho it's miserable. what's important is that you're trying

honestly maybe tell your therapist that you dont know what response you want or that you just want to say something and start talking? idk if that would be at all helpful for you but i do that sometimes where im like i dont want to unpack this further rn or just like i need to say this out loud and dont need to like actually do sonething abt this yet. if that makes sense.
