To learn to let go when I lost my best friend (who was a dog, but still relatable) was a hard task. It got easier every day as I carried on, knowing that she'd want me to go do stuff like normal.

I lost my dad and the only thing that kept moving me forward was my daughter. It's been 7 years since I lost him but I still remember him every dayđŸ€—

So sorry for your loss, grief is so difficult n it feels like there's no way out, it does get easier with time tho I no it doesn't feel like that now, I don't no if you have heard of Cruise, its a counselling service for grief, After my husband died 3years ago I used this service twice and I have to say they helped me so much,

it’s normal that you’re struggling. losing someone, especially a parent, is absolutely hard. don’t pressure yourself to ‘deal with it’ or ‘get over it’. you have to feel the all the bad stuff to heal from it. grief is a lot to handle, so it’s important that you’re gentle with yourself. take it one step at a time and know that mama is rooting for you still. time heals, and one day you will think of your mum and smile instead of feeling like crying. you’re strong and I know you can get through it. have you tried seeing a therapist? sometimes its easier to handle grief if you have someone to talk through your feelings with. sending love your way 💕
