Coping with the Sudden Loss of My Mother

Oh hun I unfortunately can completely relate to this 😓😓 I am so so sorry for the loss of your mum, losing parents is the worst pain imaginable. I lost my mum almost exactly a year ago. She seemed fine the night before, didn't come out of her room in the morning and I found her passed in her bed. I get the having so many unanswered questions, it really is so hard. So many people tell me that time will heal the pain but it doesn't, we just learn to live with it. I'm here if you ever need someone to talk to. There's nothing I can say to ease your pain except I understand you and your feelings are so valid sweetheart xoxo
