i think i’m going back into my depression honestly my best friend/ soulmate has been a little distant these past few days they explained to me why but they are also my favourite person so it’s really hard we aren’t is the same classes anymore either which is also very hard my mood and emotions revolve around them and when they aren’t answering i feel lost and empty i don’t know what to feel

my fp and best friend recently decided to stop talking to me. apparently I'm deemed as scary. even though I know I'm not. my emotions have been messed up. I'm making not so great decisions because I'm 20 years old and STILL can't regulate my emotions or fight off impulsive thoughts just know that you're not alone <3 this sucks but it always passes.

  @prettylydi ye i’m only 17 but i was not coping in the best ways before but they had helped me now i feel lost and also ik they won’t stop talking to me or never not be with me we are planning on moving out together and they always reassure me that they won’t leave me but my brain always says they will like i’ll be too match to handle or they will find better people and then leave me and now these thoughts have become more ever since we have been put in different classes in college
