i had my first bladder instillation a week ago and getting another one next week. i already feel a little better; no incredibly debilitating bladder pain (yet) when i used to get horrible pains every 2-3 days that sometimes had me immobilized for a short period of time. it also reduced my 3 nightly bathroom trips down to 1!!! im supposed to have one every week for 8 weeks, and then monthly after that.. is this going to be my life now? getting a catheter every month? i do really love how i feel now and not have to rely so much on CBD for pain management but i just dread being catheterized cause well.. its a catheter.

I had my first one last week and am going to learn how to do them myself some time in the next couple weeks. If you want to be able to stop doing them, I recommend trying aloe Vera! I know you weren’t asking for recommendations so feel free to ignore me, but it helps me so much it’s not even funny! I call it my miracle pill! Best of luck!

I think some people do use them often. It's a case by case thing. That said I haven't had one in five years. I control soley with diet now and aloe. I have bad days sure. But rarely does it knock me off my feet anymore
