Vyvanse. Also I use techniques like room scanning for forgetfulness (for example) like looking from left to right throughout the room to see what may need fixing, cleaning or to help me remember what I was gonna do

I used to use Adderall but then I got pregnant and it can cause birth defects... I'm looking for other solutions too!
