Looking for alternative treatments

My boss treats his ADHD with caffeine? I can see this bringing other problems, but it seems to work for him

I tried a bunch of different ADHD meds before settling on taking two doses of Adderall XR twice a day. It may help to try another med?

Hmmmmm medication. Pracitice mindfulness :)) Taking a walk helps boost up the mood. But i think seeking professional help and medication are improving
