Dealing with Vertigo, Neck Pain and Headaches

I been completely dealing with this for almost 3 years now. I deal with headaches, neck pain, unbalanced almost always and extreme anxiety

Do you know the root cause of the neck pain? Neck issues can cause vertigo & headaches. When my neck is out of whack I feel the same as you. Usually I go to a chiropractor for an adjustment & that helps immediately.
