i have bpd & adhd so i have like 0 impulse control. When i feel like im about to do something impulsive, i literally will just ask my friends to tell me not to do it.

I have a significant other who helps me pull the reigns back. But otherwise I have been leaning into it more as a bit of a strength, since I can't get rid of it.

I pray, fast, read my Bible, and go to church and praise Him like I'm at home alone listening to worship music. It's working great for me.
