    Well different meds are better for different people. But it’s good for me. You do need to give it time. It’s also great for sleep.

      😥yes, I'm still considering keeping that dosage at 30mg due to sleep issues.

    I take it more for my low appetite and bad sleep, I don't notice it has helped my depression but it's a great sleep aide!

    I take Mirtazapine to help with sleep, but I might switch to another antidepressant in the future. Just an FYI, Mirtazapine is also an appetite stimulate.

    For me I use it to fall asleep, but I also take lexapro because the mitrazipine is not always that effective for depression. Usually needs an add on
